Born and brought up in Bhubaneswar, his artistic visual tone was cultivated by the city's rich heritage, architecture, and landscapes. After earning his Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts along with specialized diplomas in Photography and Design, Rabi spent more than a decade executing major creative assignments in Delhi before returning to Odisha.
